As
an accomplished litigator, Bhupinder is frequently solicited
for her expertise in the areas of criminal law and civil
litigation. Her impressive record continues to be spotlighted
since joining the Lawrynowicz and Associates team in
October of 2002. Well versed in landlord / tenant law,
Bhupinder continues to receive acclaim from her peers
and from the clients she proudly serves.
Bhupinder honed her skills as an exemplary litigator
during her academic career at The University of Windsor.
Her undergraduate years were spent earning a B.A. with
a major in Political Science and serving as an executive
member of the Sikh Students Association.
In 2001, while focusing on immigration law, she earned
The University of Windsor Immigration Award for her
high marks in the area. During this time she gained
further experience at the Immigration and Refugee Board
class review hearings.
Bhupinder has been incredibly active in community outreach
work, serving low income families through the Community
Legal Aid Clinic and Revenue Canada. She remained a
dedicated volunteer throughout her university years
and was hired on to assist as an articling student,
where she excelled in the courtroom and became practiced
in several areas of litigation, mediation, and tribunals.
Her adept dispute resolution skills and commitment to
her clients are highly regarded at Lawrynowicz and Associates.
As a litigator and a visible minority woman, Bhupinder
has overcome many obstacles and applies this strength
and determination to any problem standing in the way
of her clients' success. Her integrity and loyalty are
prized by the legal team at Lawrynowicz and Associates,
where she is recognized as a valuable member of the
firm.
Bhupinder is also multilingual as she speaks English,
Punjabi, and Hindi.
